‘I’ve been training with Nathalie since September 2023. I had hit 40 and was very keen to incorporate more weight and resistance training into my general routine and just wanted to feel stronger.
My initial consultation with Nathalie was thorough, really getting to know me as an individual by looking at all aspects of my lifestyle, not just my fitness goals. Nathalie then did a baseline assessment and has repeated this subsequently to benchmark progress.
Sessions with Nathalie are tailored to you to help you achieve your goals. Weights used and exercises can be modified as appropriate and I am really feeling like I am progressing in what has been a relatively short space of time.
I thoroughly enjoy my sessions with Nathalie. She puts me through my paces, at a level that is challenging, whilst we have a good old chat about a wide variety of topics. I come from a health and fitness background but have found it incredibly valuable having 1:1 sessions and feel I am learning more about my body and it’s idiosyncrasies. After a detailed initial consultation, she devises a tailor- made programme to suit you. BUT unlike many other PTs she really understands being a woman, and a woman over 50! This was a game changer for me.
Nathalie is full of positive energy & her down to earth, no- nonsense approach makes each week fly by. She also has a great sense of humour & is full of helpful tips & strategies to help with health issues & nutrition. It’s not often you meet someone who genuinely cares about their clients. ‘I started training with Nathalie about a year ago as I needed help with motivation and reassurance about technique. I’ve found her to be an excellent trainer. “ Nathalie is unique amongst the personal trainers I have known. She “gets” me and doesn’t ever adopt a narrow or one size fits all approach. “Nathalie was recommended to me by a physio to aid recovery from a chronic injury that had recurred recently. After a meticulous assessment she devised a programme of weights and conditioning exercises designed to strengthen and help realign my body. As a Pilates teacher and endurance runner/walker I really appreciate her knowledge and expertise as well as her understanding of the need for positive feedback to restore the loss of confidence that often accompanies injury. I cannot praise her professional approach highly enough: she has planned routines that work all areas of the body and are varied enough to maintain interest. I’ve been seeing her twice a week and never yet lost focus or been bored by the exercises. She has responded to my needs by adapting the programme to help me achieve my goals and after only a couple of months I can both see and feel the changes in my body. Her studio is excellent, with a good range of equipment. Given the current Covid-19 situation the space is well ventilated with an outdoor work area too. I finish each session feeling reinvigorated and positive and I would not hesitate to recommend her services.”

“I contacted Nathalie initially as a friend was looking fabulous and she told me she was seeing a brilliant Personal Trainer. I cannot begin to explain how Nathalie has helped me on every level - as a brilliant PT, a confidante, a safe place for me to share some of my worries and concerns, and now a personal guide coaching me through the joys of the menopause! From a PT perspective, Nathalie has a really well equipped gym - she always has a varied and focused session planned and will build programmes for you to follow and enhance your performance in between her sessions. Nathalie has a unique way of listening, understanding and reacting accordingly - she is so patient and will never once make me feel guilty or bad for not exercising enough between our sessions. I have made real life-style changes due to Nathalie’s patience and support and I’ve no doubt I’m physically stronger and fitter because of her, and most definitely leaner. Natalie has a genuine desire to help her clients be the best they can be - both mentally and physically. I genuinely look forward to our sessions and only wish I could see her more than once per week. I cannot recommend Nat highly enough.”
