PT Consultations
During the consultation all necessary forms are completed in readiness to commence training. Nathalie will discuss current health status, lifestyle, exercise and dietary habits. The time spent here helps to inform Nathalie about the individual approach needed for the client going forward with training. Initial consultations are £50.
Online Consultations
The online consultation is tailored to the answers previously received through a lifestyle questionnaire and health form. Nathalie provides personalised advice on exercise, diet, stress management and the other important areas to prioritise. Nathalie also signposts to other medical professionals that are relevant.
