Sessions
1 to 1 Sessions
1 hour consultations can be booked before any commitments to sessions are made. This gives both parties a chance to find out if they are the best fit and assess readiness for training. In this time we look at current lifestyle, health status and desired outcomes.
Programmes for exercise are designed around the client’s initial assessments, fitness testing and their individual goals and interests. The 1 to 1 sessions Include advice on nutrition, women’s health and regular exercise programmes.

This block of sessions will help to equip you with all the knowledge you need and practical advice on how to adopt the necessary lifestyle/diet/exercise choices during this time of your life and leading up to it.
These sessions include initial movement assessment, fitness testing, advice on nutrition and regular exercise programmes to get you started.

‘I’ve been training with Nathalie since September 2023. I had hit 40 and was very keen to incorporate more weight and resistance training into my general routine and just wanted to feel stronger.
My initial consultation with Nathalie was thorough, really getting to know me as an individual by looking at all aspects of my lifestyle, not just my fitness goals. Nathalie then did a baseline assessment and has repeated this subsequently to benchmark progress.
Sessions with Nathalie are tailored to you to help you achieve your goals. Weights used and exercises can be modified as appropriate and I am really feeling like I am progressing in what has been a relatively short space of time.
I thoroughly enjoy my sessions with Nathalie. She puts me through my paces, at a level that is challenging, whilst we have a good old chat about a wide variety of topics. “Nathalie is positive, gentle and intelligently applies her knowledge to suit exactly what I need. I’ve never had a personal trainer before. It felt like an unnecessary luxury. But being menopausal I knew I needed to do exercise differently now so as not to exhaust my whole system but also to help navigate my way through menopause. Nathalie has done just that. She did a thorough initial assessment and her choice of exercises is spot on. I have re-discovered muscles that I’ve not used for ages and feel all the better for it - physically, mentally and emotionally. I’m feeling much stronger and my running technique has improved (I was aligned incorrectly before I saw Nathalie) so I’m sure I’m avoiding future injury because of her help.
